All vehicles processed under ATJ's inspection centers in Japan undergo a stringent screening process. Upon arrival at an appointed port of destination, vehicles are subjected to a normal on-site inspection to make sure that they conform to the description keyed out on (i) the Internet during online purchases and (ii) faxed stock list.

This guarantee is restricted to the description of vehicles purchased via the Internet or by faxed stock list. Maintenance items, including, but not limited to, bumpers, tires, brakes, clutch, CV joints, batteries, electrical, and audio accessories are not included.

Vehicle damage during shipment is not covered by the guarantee and should be appropriately claimed with the local shipping agent. Minor paint and panel discrepancies are excluded coverage as well, as these are often the result of handling in the ports and on the ship or cargo vessel.
